Celia’s ethos is working towards the best quality of life possible. She has evolved personally and professionally developing an endless passion for wellbeing. Combining remedial massage and embodied movement to develop mental, physical ease and optimal health.
First qualifying as a Therapeutic Massage Practitioner with The London College of Massage in 2011, Celia then went on to complete a Yoga Teacher Training and study Ayurvedic massage in India, which focuses on treating the individual with holistic personalised care.
After returning to the UK, Celia then qualified from The London School of Sports Massage with BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sport & Remedial Therapy in 2016. This course delivers the best hands-on tools to treat and rehabilitate soft tissue injuries and aid just about anyone in gaining and maintaining optimal posture and body mechanics.
Celia then went on to study with the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Training programme at Clerkenwellbeing in Scaravelli inspired Yoga. This style of yoga goes hand in hand with manual therapy and emphasises awareness and functionality, which enables you to maintain your body-mind after stepping off the therapist’s table and continuing on and off the yoga mat!
Finally, Celia is currently training to be an Osteopath, and is currently enrolled as a Part-Time Masters Student at the University College of Osteopath. This is part of Celia’s continual professional development and a pursuit of further knowledge and understanding of our bodies in order to deliver the very best teaching and care to her clients and students.
